Walk in interview for Sales & Marketing (Jr/Sr) Professionals - 10th to 12th September 2019 - 1pm to 4pm




Desired Candidate Profile

We are inviting passionate,results-oriented, and growth-hungry professionals with experience in UAE is preferable. Freshers also welcome.

1. Synthesize annual marketing plan for the clinic to increase profitability and revenues of the clinic
2. Create, plan, execute distinguished marketing initiatives for the Clinic to increase patient traffic and impact top line revenues from all business revenue driving components ( OP and Pharmacy).
3. Work closely with the team to provide marketing and promotional ammunition to increase visibility, market share in the catchment area.
4. Continuously explores new revenue generating models for the Clinic in conjunction with business development executives, Clinic director and supporting through distinguished marketing initiatives.
5. Robust planning and execution of all creative with the agreed/assigned advertising agency wrt PR activities, promotional activities with due approvals from all regulatory bodies (internally and externally).
6. Prepare monthly and quarterly presentations on agreed key performance indicators.
7. Coordinate and interact closely with clinical doctors, nurses, customer care executives, lab, and radiology departments to ensure the marketing of the Clinic makes an impact on business outcomes.
8. Analyze and monitor the impact on marketing initiatives on business outcomes 


Walk in interview for Executive- Guest Relations- 7th, 8th, 14th, 15th, 18th, 19th & 20th, 21st & 22nd August 2019 - 1pm to 4pm


  • Receives and responds to customers and guides them for the process to be followed.
  •  If new patient registration forms to be filled then complete process to follow like insurance original card to be checked for the expiry date, photo and name.
  • Help to fill out the consent form by their name, card number and date of medical service.
  •  For patient with existing medical record, asks for his/her patient ID and call for his/her file in the MRD.
  •  Updates all customers with the required information or status and educate the general consent for treatment form.
  • Take appointments for doctors and schedules patients.
  • Processes bills (if assigned) and assists the customers with the relevant information.
  • Helps to collect reports from different departments.
  • Co-ordinate with insurance, billing, admissions and discharge departments.
  •  Acts as a link between the physicians, other clinical staff and patients.
  •  Handles the console and transfers and attends to telephone calls and enquiries.
  •  Records all customer feedbacks and record the patient satisfaction survey form.
  •  Maintains a congenial work environment for customer satisfaction.
  •  Performs any other jobs assigned by the superior as per exigencies of work.
