Walk in interview for Waterproof Technician - 14th September 2019- 9 am



1. Pre-check work site to make sure that you have a clear path to the building and the work areas. Make note of any safety concerns prior to beginning work.
2. Make necessary preparations for installation process at job site by unloading equipment and materials and placing in location of installation. Also, take into consideration wind drift and overspray risks.
3. Must ensure that the foundation surfaces are free of dirt and debris.
4. Responsible for ensuring that the proper amount of waterproofing material is installed evenly and consistently to specified surfaces with extra attention to ties and where the wall meets the footings. Also accountable for material usages so as not to exceed estimates.
5. Must be able to accurately measure and determine the square foot amount of material used and indicate the figure used on the work order for inventory and billing purposes.
6. Post check the job site to insure proper installation was achieved and for any damages that may have occurred during installation.


Walk in interview for Civil Foreman - 2nd August 2019- 8 am



The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years as a Civil foreman and ready to join immediately.

The required applicant must be well versed with maintenance work.

Wanted candidate should have a good understanding of the construction industry in the UAE.

The needed applicant should be able to understand blueprints and plans.

Walk in interview for Tile Mason - 2nd August 2019- 8 am


1) Align and straighten tile using levels, squares and straightedges.

2) Determine and implement the best layout to achieve a desired pattern.

3) Cut and shape tile to fit around obstacles and into odd spaces and corners, using hand and power cutting tools.

4) Finish and dress the joints and wipe excess grout from between tiles, using damp sponge.

5) Apply mortar to tile back, position the tile and press or tap with trowel handle to affix tile to base.

6) Mix, apply, and spread plaster, concrete, mortar, cement, mastic, glue or other adhesives to form a bed for the tiles, using brush, trowel and screed.

7) Prepare cost and labor estimates based on calculations of time and materials needed for project.

8) Measure and mark surfaces to be tiled, following blueprints.

9) Level concrete and allow to dry.

10) Build underbeds and install anchor bolts, wires and brackets.

11) Prepare surfaces for tiling by attaching lath or waterproof paper, or by applying a cement mortar coat onto a metal screen.

12) Study blueprints and examine surface to be covered to determine amount of material needed.

13) Cut, surface, polish and install marble and granite and/or install pre-cast terrazzo, granite or marble units.

14) Install and anchor fixtures in designated positions, using hand tools.

15) Cut tile backing to required size, using shears.

16) Remove any old tile, grout and adhesive using chisels and scrapers and clean the surface carefully.

17) Lay and set mosaic tiles to create decorative wall, mural and floor designs.

18) Assist customers in selection of tile and grout.

19) Remove and replace cracked or damaged tile.

20) Measure and cut metal lath to size for walls and ceilings, using tin snips.

21) Select and order tile and other items to be installed, such as bathroom accessories, walls, panels, and cabinets, according to specifications.

22) Mix and apply mortar or cement to edges and ends of drain tiles to seal halves and joints.

23) Spread mastic or other adhesive base on roof deck to form base for promenade tile, using serrated spreader.

24) Apply a sealer to make grout stain- and water-resistant.

25) Brush glue onto manila paper on which design has been drawn and position tiles finished side down onto paper.

• Remove sections of monument from truck bed, and guide stone onto foundation, using skids, hoist, or truck crane.
• Dig trench for foundation of monument, using pick and shovel.
• Position mold along guidelines of wall, press mold in place, and remove mold and paper from wall.
• Line interiors of molds with treated paper and fill molds with composition-stone mixture.
