• Willing to be assigned ANYWHERE IN THE UAE

• Flexible; who can multi-task; can work in pressure and stress
Job Description:
• Interact with customers. Being friendly and courteous will help keep customers coming back
• Present menus to the customers and answer their questions
• Make recommendations and try to upsell
• Take orders
• keep His eyes on a lot of elements: food standards, food Presentation, safety,
• Serve the ordered food and ensure that customers are enjoying their meals
• Collect payments from customers
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the Restaurant (tables, chairs, counters, toilet, etc)
• Manages team during heavy shifts, resolving conflicts and getting the job done
• Answer the phone to take reservations and for delivery orders
• Prepare the ingredients and materials needed in the preparation of the food
• Punch the order to the POS machine with the correct information of the customers
• Filling in for absent/on-leave staff
• Manage staff work schedules and more according to the Business Requirements.
• Coordinate with the managers, supervisors, and staff to ensure smooth operation
• Promptly respond to the customers’ queries and additional orders/request
