Thousands of job seekers land in the city on a visit visa every day. Some invest a fair amount of time from their home country to get an offer of their dream job. Lack of knowledge penalizes them with money and time. After a successful job offer when they apply for an employment visa. It gets rejected. If you are planning to Visit Dubai for searching an employment, please first go for a health check especially on diseases which I have mentioned
AIDS/HIV
There is straight no for people with HIV, and they will be deported if positive.
Leprosy
Visa will be rejected and Deported
Tuberculosis
If you have suffered from TB anytime from birth and if scares are visible in your lungs by X- ray , your application for Visa will be rejected and you will be deported.
Syphilis and Hepatitis B

CRIMINAL CASE
If you are having an old criminal case in GCC or home country the visa can be denied.
FINANCIAL CASE
You may be working with any GCC country before and forgot to pay any loan, bill, traffic fine etc. Your employment visa can be rejected.
POLITICAL CONFLICT WITH YOUR COUNTRY
Your Visa can be rejected by Labour department if you are coming from any of the countries having a political conflict with UAE.
